Purchase and Delivery Terms

1. General
These purchase terms ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("you") place an order via www.evosportswear.se. The agreement is between you and Evoria AB. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Order
2.1. When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation by email. Please check that all information in the confirmation is correct. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices on the website are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
3.2. We offer the following payment options:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex)
- Swish
- Invoice (via Klarna)
- Direct payment via online banking
3.3. Payment must be made at the time of order.

4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver worldwide.
4.2. Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from when we receive your order; delivery times outside Sweden may vary.
4.3. The shipping cost is 79 SEK – free shipping for orders of at least 599 SEK.
4.4. In case of delayed delivery, we will notify you by email or phone. You have the right to cancel the purchase due to a delivery delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@evosportswear.se and inform us of your decision.
5.3. The product must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
5.4. You are responsible for the return shipping cost if you cancel your purchase.
5.5. Refunds are made within 14 days after we have received and approved your return.

6. Complaints
6.1. If a product is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@evosportswear.se
6.2. For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping cost and compensate you according to applicable consumer law.

7.1. We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

8. Changes to the Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website.
