Pre-orders and Delivery Information
When you make a pre-order with us, your order will be shipped only when all items in the order are in stock. This means that your order may be delayed if you have pre-ordered an item that has not yet been released.
If you wish to receive the items that are already in stock earlier, we ask you to place two separate orders:
1. An order for the items that are in stock and can be shipped immediately. 2. A separate order for the pre-ordered items that will be shipped when they are available.
In this way, we can ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible without having to wait for pre-ordered items.
