Purchase and Delivery Terms

1. General
These purchase terms ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("you") place an order via www.evosportswear.se. The agreement is made between you and Evoria AB. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

2. Order
2.1. When we receive your order, we will send a confirmation by email. Please check that all information in the confirmation is correct. If anything is wrong, contact us immediately.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1. All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
3.2. We offer the following payment options:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex)
- Swish
- Invoice (via Klarna)
- Direct payment via online banking
3.3. Payment must be made at the time of order.

4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver worldwide.
4.2. Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days from when we receive your order; delivery times outside Sweden may vary.
4.3. Shipping cost is 79 SEK – free shipping for orders of at least 599 SEK.
4.4. In case of delayed delivery, we will notify you by email or phone. You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of a delivery delay.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the item.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@evosportswear.se and inform us of your decision.
5.3. The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
5.4. The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
5.5. Refunds will be made within 14 days from when we receive and approve your return.
5.6. If a package is not collected from the pickup point and is returned to us, a fee will be charged for the undelivered shipment.

6. Complaints
6.1. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@evosportswear.se
6.2. For approved complaints, we cover the return shipping costs and compensate you according to applicable consumer law.

7. Personal Data
7.1. We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

8. Changes to the Terms
8.1. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Changes will be published on our website.
