Purchase and delivery terms
1. General
These purchase terms ("Terms") apply when you as a consumer ("you") place an order via www.evosportswear.se. An agreement is made between you and Evopadel AB. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.
2. Order
2.1. When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation via email. Please check that all information in the confirmation is correct. If something is wrong, contact us immediately.
3. Prices and payment
3.1. All prices on the website are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
3.2. We offer the following payment options:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Amex)
- Swish
- Invoice (via Klarna)
- Direct payment via online bank
3.3. Payment must be made at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery
4.1. We deliver worldwide.
4.2. The delivery time is usually 2-4 working days from the time we receive your order; delivery time outside Sweden may vary.
4.3. The shipping cost is 79 kr - free shipping when you shop for at least 499 kr.
4.4. In the event of delayed delivery, we will notify you via email or phone. You have the right to cancel the purchase in case of a delivery delay.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return
5.1. You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the time you received the item.
5.2. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at info@evosportswear.se and inform us of your decision.
5.3. The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
5.4. The customer is responsible for shipping costs in the event of a canceled purchase.
5.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from the time we receive and approve your return.
5.6 If a package is not picked up at the agent and is returned to us, a fee for unclaimed shipment will be charged.
6. Complaints
6.1. If a product is defective or incorrect, please contact us immediately at info@evosportswear.se
6.2. In the case of an approved complaint, we will cover the return shipping and compensate you according to applicable consumer legislation.
