Pre-orders and Delivery Information
When you place a pre-order with us, your order will be sent only when all items in the order are in stock. This means your order may be delayed if you have pre-ordered an item that has not yet been released.
If you wish to receive the items already in stock earlier, we ask you to place two separate orders:
1. An order for the items that are in stock and can be sent immediately. 2. A separate order for the pre-ordered items that will be sent when they become available.
This way we can ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible without having to wait for pre-ordered items.
